”Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. ”Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”

”The house and property drew us in and we simply didn’t want to leave.The pool is ideal on hot sunny days as it is tucked away in a grotto of sorts. You are able to swim all day in the shade without being cooked by the sun. This was especially nice for our 2 year old. The patio next to the pool is filled with new patio furniture to relax on. ”Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

”Paolo was an excellent host and this property is amazing. Paolo met us at the train station, along with a shuttle for us and our large group’s luggage. The shuttle was essential throughout our trip as this property is up a long and steep hill from the main town. The house is well kept and the accommodations were perfect - even had a changing table and crib for our toddler. The views are amazing and even in summer there was no need for AC given the constant and cool breeze. I wish we could have...

”Beautiful home with a spectacular view. Very spacious for our family of twelve. Filled with beautiful furnishings and personal touches. ”My family loved staying here. It is in the most iconic, quaint charming place we could possibly stay in Cinque Terre with the most spectacular views. The photos don’t even come close to doing it justice. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. Note, like most of Cinque Terre, be prepared for stairs, lots and lots of stairs to get here, and ladders. Of course, this is part of the charm we fell in love with.”

”Trés bien située pour explorer les cinq terres et la région de Lerrici. Anna Lisa est vraiment exceptionnelle : gentillesse et disponible. C'est une magnifique maison ou il fait bon vivre à l'italienne. Le bémol est de dire que la piscine fait 5m sur 3m, je pense qu'elle est bien plus petite.Cela vient de l'annonce (pas d'anna lisa).”

”Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again.”

”The house is lovely. It's nice and big and we could spread out. The Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. But there are some drawbacks. The bathrooms don't have regular showers. Four of the five bathrooms have handheld showers in a bathtub which is a little difficult for Americans who are not used to it. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor and we like to cook. The utensils and pots and pans were also not great, and made it difficult to cook.”

”We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! ”
