”Sim o cafe da manha era tudo fresquinho e com variedades, o ar condicionado estava perfeito, manteve o quarto fresquiho.”

”No 3º dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado e o chuveiro parou de funcionar devido ao 1 curto na parte elétrica. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que é prometido não corresponde ao que realmente é entregue ”

”Primeiramente gostaria de destacar a equipe da recepção, muito atenciosa e solícita. A turma da cozinha atendendo prontamente aos pedidos com muito carinho e qualidade. No quarto a cama bem confortável e tudo bem organizado e limpo, com frigobar. Mercados e restaurantes próximos, e o mais importante a praia excelente a 01 quadra de distância. Parabéns a toda equipe.”

”Was a beautiful stay! Couldn’t have been a more charming hotel. However, the photographs that advertise the hotel show women instead of focusing on the much more interesting history and adaptive reuse of an historic building once owned by an internationally recognized artist.”

”Second time around! The staff is very helpfull and nice! Especially Bruno at the check in and also Leandrowith his expertise on the Fera Palace hystory as well of Salvador! Also Giovanna making sure we had a all the comfortable ammenities . The breakfast is excellent!!”

”The air quality of the entire hotel was very poor and if we would have stayed longer than two nights I would have change the hotel. ”

”Room was a bit small, but clean and lovely smelling toiletries. The ocean view really makes the stay. The gym and pool are both great. The area feels safe and the hotel is super walkable to great restaurants.”

”It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us....

”If you're looking for a place to stay right after arriving in Salvador, this is a great place! I landed around 2:30am, and I was still able to check in. The room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked, and the place was quiet! However, the bathroom really could use a deep cleaning. The location to anything but the airport was a little rough. They did store my bag too, which was awesome! So, for my needs and purposes, it was great! But I wouldn't stay here for longer periods. ”
