”My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors.

”Room was excellent, staff was ok, breakfast was not partaken . The construction was not posted online and difficult to navigate. The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination.”

”We love this place. That said this year we arrived during a power outage and had been placed in a pet friendly room (we did not have pets with us). I said it would be okay as they couldn't move us due to power outage. The room was not up to par as it has lots of hair (pet and human?) all over one of the beds.
