Had curtains and windows wide open all night - sounds of the sea will be a long term memory of our stay in NZ & saw a greart sunrise. Please don't be put off by the external bathroom - it is via a short covered walkway & very well fitted out - made us both grin at 0200hrs - not an incovenience at all! if only we could have stayed longer!”

”Everything about this place was amazing. Too much to give details but the highlights were the views, the size of the large apartment, cooking on the bbq, eating and relaxing on the balcony, going across the road to the rocky shore to watch the sunset, walking the sandy beach the next morning, chatting with the owner, meeting the dog. The hi-way to the east into the mountains was closed from 7pm-7am nightly which made it very quiet for our stay - nearly nothing but ocean waves was heard. Wish we...

”Signage to unit extremely poor.4 homes at top of a very steep driveway better signage to unit. Door was unlocked and no one around steep slope to side door. For seniors or anyone with a medical condition not user friendly. Unit itself very well appointed no complaints there”

”The partial view from unit 1 could only be seen if you stood in the right position outside on the balcony and then you could just see some ocean. The apartment had all the facilities, however it is getting a little dated and in need of maintenance. The fans had dust on top and the bedroom fan control knob was broken and difficult to turn without it.”
