”One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. clean, comfty, good location and extremely helpful staff. Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week. We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions. ”Perfect spot to spend your stay in Gisborne. Kylia was super helpful without intruding on privacy. The room is really spacious and everything you need including a heat pump that kept the space really warm. We were there in a really cold few days in June so the only downside was the bathroom is in a separate area that is not heated. So bring some slippers if you coming in winter. It wouldn't have put us off staying here. ”
