”One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. clean, comfty, good location and extremely helpful staff. Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week. We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions. Cancelling was no problem at all and the re-fund was on my account almost before we left the city - awesome!! Can honestly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good, clean,...

”This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The fresh milk bottle was very nice touch. The room was extremely clean with attention to all the small details. The area is very quiet and walkable. I would totally stay there again if I end up planning another trip in the future with highly recommended to my fellow travelers.”
