”The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. ”

”Stayed in a mini suite. The room was nice. The bed was OK but had under the sheet a plastic madress protection which made it sweety. ”Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

The next time you are anywhere even close to Austria you have to promise to visit Aqua Dome in Längenfeld. This is one of the most incredible places I have ever been! Highly, HIGHLY recommend. A word of warning though, some of the sections are designated nude only. ;)

"The hotel was great, we didn't have any problems with the stay. The room was clean, beautiful and the condition was as good as new. I would recommend the room with a mountain view (with balcony). The room has two huge windows, so you really do get an great view to the mountains. The hotel locates in a very good spot (lots of restaurants, shops, museums, the golden roof etc is near). Hotel staff was really friendly. Breakfast is a bit pricy but very good and comprehensive."

"Majoituimme uudella puolella ja kaikki oli viimeisen päälle. Hieno kph ja sänky loistava. Palvelusta ei löydy yhtään miinusta. Huippu henkilökunta. Valet parking toimi paremmin kuin odotimme, matkatavarat oli pakattu autoon ja auto odotti valmiina ulkona. Hotellin shuttle Kitziin toimi myös kesällä. Aamupala oli erittäin laadukas. "
