The Space:
Located across the street from the Quaker meeting house, this property is one of the few in the area with a huge backyard. Perfect for family barbeques. Can comfortably lodge up to five people, 408 Madison has all the amenities, including great WiFi and a computer. A fully equipped kitchen saves on dining costs, and makes for a "homely" atmosphere. Having a washer/drier on site is convenient for longer term stays, and saves a trip to the laundromat.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house and the yard, nobody else will be living in the same dwelling. The neighbors are very friendly. No part of the house is "restricted" or anything like that.

The Neighborhood:
Ideally located, this house is just a five to ten minute walk from the Ithaca Farmers Market, and a ten to 15 minute walk to the commons. A convenience store and bowling alley are just a block away, as is a discount grocery store. A beautiful, child-friendly park is less than a block away and tons of restaurants are nearby.

Getting Around:
Multiple bus routes are just one or two blocks away.
