”What a gem! Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant/Bar serve an excellent variety of dishes and cocktails. Rooftop lounge (although bar wasn’t open yet for the season) offers a fabulous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Looking forward to a return visit in season and to explore quaint Wytheville!”

”Hotel undergoing renovations and updating of an existing and dated hotel. Pool was closed due to repairs/renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was maintained and good. Our room was clean and recently updated. However, our room’s wall thermostat did not work, but the old ac/heater worked manually, although it was loud and clunky. Overall, nothing to brag about but we were happy with our stay.”

”I made the reservation for my brother in law who was moving south after the recent passing of his wife. I chose this hotel specifically because it said it offered a full breakfast. How disappointing to learn from my brother in law that it only offered basically muffins and coffee!”

”It is newly renovated, but it's still a motel. No elevators. No coffee or water in the lobby. A covered corridor connects the lobby and the motel for the rooms. The room looks new with new furniture, touch lights, powerful shower... But it's so small especially the bathroom which makes it feel so crowded. This is what renovations can't change. Breakfast is mediocre. If you go there late, barely anything is left. The breakfast area is shut after breakfast time is done. I wouldn't have any...
