Beautiful and idyllic ground-floor apartment in a listed half-timbered house in one of Ivenack’s best locations, directly opposite the park and Ivenacker See.



The apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious kitchen equipped with all essential appliances. A separate dining table seats up to 5 guests. The living room offers a large sofa bed for 2 guests. The bedroom has two single box-spring beds that can be joined as a double or used separately. For younger guests, there’s a bunk bed in a bus design. To keep everyone entertained, you’ll find a games table, TV, games console, radio, books, and board games.



The garden includes a variety of play equipment: table tennis, a horizontal bar, swing, and a large trampoline. Ivenack is a charming village in the Mecklenburg Lake District, perfect as a base for exploring the area. Enjoy peace and quiet, take long walks or bike rides in nature. Children can play safely in the fenced garden while you relax in a deck chair. Several bicycles are available free of charge for outings. A small swimming lake is nearby, and a forest pool about 5 km away offers fun for all ages.



Ivenack is famous for its nearly 1,000-year-old oaks, among the oldest in Germany, which you can admire in a fenced nature and wildlife park. You can also see fallow deer and Turopolje pigs up close. There’s a treetop walkway where you can meet the oaks at eye level.
