”Non smoking room but cigarette smoked filled the room . Had to stay at another hotel”

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated being able to check in late without any issues. ”Pretty large hotel with very business -like feel in a town that has seen better days. I would say it’s the best choice if you need to stay in Southbridge. Hallway not vacuumed although our room was clean and A/C worked well. Only stayed one night and the front desk gave us a room with the WORST view possible of the dirty rooftop over the pool. We had no view actually.”

”So amazing, staff is friendly, rooms and beds are a treat. I'd go back again and again. Plus the giant husky statue that greets you at the front door is awesome. Thanks for the best sleep, we will surely return.”

”The Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced they were gross. Beds were fine, served the job of a cheap place to sleep. Definitely needs work, caulking in bathrooms need to be replaced and the hotel when you enter smells like smoke.”
