”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

”The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. ”

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”Breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. The food area was amazing clean and the staff working the area was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean fresh towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at all times and parking area was lit and clean.”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work. They attempted to contact...
