”We sayed in Moksa in september. Our shinkansen got significantly delayed, and my phone roaming stopped working, so I could not call and say we would arrive late for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to accomodate our dinner reservation. The food was delicious, the garden is a delight, and I wish we would have spent a few more days in this hotel. Loved it!”

”とてもユニークな部屋に泊まれて嬉しかったです。部屋はとても清潔で、ホストはとても面白くてフレンドリーでした。近くにバスがあるのでとても便利です。
It was a pleasure to stay in such a unique room. The room was very clean and the host was very interesting and friendly. There is a bus nearby, which is very convenient.

"The hotel is located nicely in the middle of a shopping area and not too far from 2 different subway lines. Only downside with the location is that a taxi cant really get right infront of the hotel but it's not a long walk (3 minutes) from the closest drop off location.
Checking in and out is easy and quick with the self service desks and there is staff to help if you require assistance.
Didnt have much interraction with the staff except for one at reception and the cleaning staff of the floor and all were very friendly.
Only downside (for me) was how hard the bed was but that's a preference thing.
With all that said unless the hotel prices itself out it will stay on my radar for when I come to Kyoto again (6 days is not enough!)."
"Great experience! The room was good sized and I loved the separate space in the entrance. Room was clean and had everything you need including charges and little macha set. Breakfast was really good and had a lot options and the public bath was nice. Hotel is not beside any big roads and not in the middle of everything so the area is quiet but still close to subway and bus lines. "
