”Property was just as described and host was responsive and very helpful. Wonderfully private setting with out of this world views, yet short drive to villages of Iznajar and Rute. Pool was great and layout of the house worked very well for our family. Host (Jim) even helped us jump start our car battery which had died! We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway spot.”

”When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark. Manuel the host is a lovley, helpful friendly man. We felt like he was a friend!! He even brought us a basket of his homegrown veg. Amazing sound...

”Two families travelled together, the property was exactly as advertised, large, well equipped and in a rural location. Don’t be confused with nearest beach being on the coast as this was not the case, to get to the sea it was a 45 minute drive. It was extremely hot when we were there and although all rooms were equipped with fans the bedrooms may have benefited from having air con, however having said that mosquito nets at the window meant you could leave shutters and windows open all night....

”Fantastischer Blick in die Landschaft. Leider gab es sehr vile Ameisen (auch im Bett) und Vespen auf der Veranda. Wegen der Wasserknappheit gab es öfter kein fließendes Wasser. Der Vorratstank hat nur bedingt Abhilfe geschaffen. Etwas mehr Schatten auf der Veranda wäre schön gewesen.”

”Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Location ist super geeignet für große Gruppen. Alles war, wie erwartet. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit spanischem Flair. Uns hat es super gefallen und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch super!”

”We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house in Loja. Philippa is a very good and sweet hostess, who ensured that we had a wonderful holiday. The weather let us down occasionally, but we were able to enjoy a nice warm jacuzzi. The house and garden was very clean and well cared for. We will definitely come back!”

”Les photos reflètent bien la maison. De l'espace. De grandes pièces lumineuses. Mais surtout un panorama superbe sur la montagne. Le côté piscine est très agréable (même si en avril nous en avons peu profité). La cuisine supplémentaire à l'extérieur est très appréciable. Calme, avec le son des coqs. Pratique car à 3 km de l'autoroute. Petit supermarché et autres commodités à 6 kms. L'accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux. Ils sont au petit soin. (simplement une pente un petit peu...

”Die Villa ist perfekt eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Tage am Pool sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Johan lief problemlos. Wir bekamen vn ihm sogar die wichtigen Google-Streetview-Bilder als Hinweise. Die habe ich mir sonst selbst besorgen müssen. Die alpine Anfahrtstrecke sorgt dafür, dass es nicht zu viele Ausflüge werden. Wir waren in Sevilla, Granada und - besonderer Tipp - Antequera (Wolfspark und prähistorische Dolmen, immerhin Weltkulturerbe!). Auch das Wetter hat...

”Well were to start! Firstly Lisa and Nigel are THE MOST helpful hosts we have EVER had the pleasure to meet whilst on holiday in a villa! Nothing was ever to much trouble. They organised restaurants for a lovely meal , booked us coaches for days/nights out, organised takeaways, which is a MUST the food was to die for we ordered it two nights and recommended to visit Iznajar Lake and beach which was AMAZING!!👍 The little pub up the hill they told us to try out was also a hit, Pepe and Higieno...

”We booked this as a family getaway to bring our adult family together in the week between Christmas and New Year. The villa is delightful with lots of special touches (eg tissues in every room, welcome basket etc). For us it was a good base to explore Granada and the Alhambra as well as more local attractions like El Torcal national park and the local viewpoint. ”We want to thank Nadine for her hospitality. It was great experience. House is located so conviently so you can easily travel to any direction maximum 1 hour drive from the house. You can explore many cities around. House itself is great. Nadine has everything under control, meaning everything you need is there. House is worm, very very very cozy. ”Belle location dans un endroit tranquille mais bien situé pour aller a Grenade et Cordoue dans la La maison est idéale pour deux couples, chacun ayant sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Nous avons pu profiter de cette belle terrasse avec une vue superbe. Mary et Robin sont très a l ecoute si besoin mais très discret aussi. Merci à eux pour leur accueil!”
