”Hinodeya ryokan was a warmhearted place. I believe that it is kept by mother and her son. I struggled to speak some japanese and they struggled to speak some english, but we got along quite well.
The room was a tradional ryokan-style room. You get to wear a fancy yukata! They had a nice ofuro room and good breakfast. You even get to make your own omelette! I could definately return to this hotel.”

”The staff at this ryokan were incredibly kind and welcoming, the amenities were wonderful, and the traditional food was truly excellent. Unfortunately, the condition of the room completely overshadowed these highlights. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a heavy, overpowering scent of mildew making it quite uncomfortable to breathe. Upon closer inspection, we found visible mold growing on the walls.
