”B careful w hold on ur card. It's policy to present one so any "incidentals" can b charged if u broke or stole anything. Never in 20 years have I bn charged by Hilton/Hampton, but this location did! It was not a hold-it actually was a charge that cleared my bank! I immediately called the bank to investigate & stop the charge that was suppose to b a hold. Also, don't get an even room on 1st floor bc the parking lot to close to building so u hear every single vehicle in/out all nite & morning....

”My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. There was also a constant burning smell every time we stepped into the elevator, which felt unsafe and...

”Horrible! Asked for creamer. None. Use milk.none. biscuits crumbled trying to pick them up. Sausage gravy dried to bottom of vat. Eggs in fridge. Heat them yourself. Started at 6am. Got there at 6:12. This was breakfast smh”

”We are not ones to complain but we were very disappointed with our room considering it had been given a high rating. Our room smelled of dog, our microwave didn’t work, the plug by the bed didn’t work and the shower curtain was covered in mold across the entire bottom. Minimum options for breakfast. The girl at the desk was pleasant We would not go back to this hotel”
