”Excellent staff: very helpful and responsive. Great location next to a shopping mall that has a food hall with wide variety of foods on offer at very cheap prices, plus some more up-market restaurants. Wide range of shops including a useful supermarket. Taxis readily available in the area, allowing you to get straight on to major north-south and east-west arterial roads. The Light Rapid Transit (train) passes close by, as do Transjakarta buses. We felt that the kitchen was not very well equipped...

”Outstanding. Best hotel we have ever been by any measures. Its impossible to have better service than in this place. Very good breakfast and lunch buffet. Pool area is beautiful. And the view over city is great. We just loved the place and did i mention the service!!! ”

”It is close to the city center, making it convenient for traveling, and the staff are friendly.”

”I decided to stay at this hotel as Senopati is convenient for many Resto and bar, as well as Astha mall. The hotel has a very old fashion feel, I felt the rooms are a bit cramped also. I prefer a more modern hotel with a simple and clean look. Also the breakfast area was very Smokey and not a great environment for eating in the morning.”

”Amazing staff and they try their best to take care of you and your stay. Location is great, accross from pacific mall and next to weekend market location. Double thumbs up to discovery family”

”Great location, good overall stay with comfortable rooms.”

”Room was very spacious hotel was very nice conveniently located next to the mall a many restaurants to choose from. I reserved a one bedroom unit and I was given a two bedroom so no complaints there the only issue breakfast was listed less expensive in the Expedia page it happened in other hotels as well”

”The toilet in each room was not well maintained. We asked the toilets to be fixed. The AC units were also not working. Eventually it was repaired. The biggest issue was the access to the penthouse with the elevators. The penthouse was at the top and we had to wait a long time. Also going down, we had to stop on a lot of floors even though the elevator is full. There was a charge to borrow more plates and cutleries. It’s a penthouse, the expectation is to have more of these utensils. The...

”Extreme disaster! Floor not clean properly, no toilet roll, bedsheets were old and not cleaned; I could literally see blood stains and many other stains on pillow cases, bedsheet, blanket! WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! If I have not been prudent, I would have been beaten by the bugs! Booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night!”
