”The staff was exceptionally helpful. They offered information about dining nearby.
The one major frustration was the door for the North parking lot was not working properly. I inquired from the staff about it and they were aware of the issues with it not unlocking appropriately.”

”I had to take a cold shower. The water never warmed up. The nightstand had something spilled all over it that apparently the maid did not think would come off. I got it off with one wipe. There was garbage under the bed. The pool and hot tub have not been operational in years it appears. The stairwells are filthy. Good luck to you if you decide to stay here. I should have complained but thought it would do no good.”
