Best Western – Jaava, Indonesia

”The breakfast was good, but it was the only satisfying part of our stay. The room smelled of mold, it did not smell good and the beds were so hard. The air conditioning didn’t work well, so it was hot. The shower head wasn’t working properly too, and the sink was clogged.”

”Not happy with the location. Didn't feel safe walking around. Mold in room so I was moved to different room that was a bit better. Mold still visible. Gym equipment not well maintained. Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again.”
