”We enjoyed a great stay in the sugarloaf area this past week. Temps were above average and the homes cement flooring kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. Linens, layout, fans, general high quality thoughtful layout of the home was notable. Spaces ample and comfortable including screened porch and fire pit area. Very easy for our dogs. Private driveway quiet with easy access to mountain, nearby areas for outdoor activities. Terrific spot! ”

”Our family had a great stay. The home is clean, cared for and comfortable. Great proximity to Sugarloaf. We would book again. Prep communication ahead of time. Not a fault of the owners, just a result of the service in the Sugarloaf area. We enjoyed going off the grid for a few days! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!”

”Great property! Lots of room to spread out for families. Short walk to the trails, lifts and base lodge. High end finishes in the kitchen and spacious wet area entry for all the gear with heater to dry everything for the next day. Wood stove was wonderful and warms the second floor bedrooms perfectly. No need for the electric heat. Will definitely be returning to this property for another, hopefully much longer stay!”

”The location was lovely and the deck was perfect for an extended family gathering. We enjoyed seeing the peekaboo views of the lake though the apple trees and watching the float planes fly over. My dog enjoyed watching the large flock of turkeys run down the road one morning and it was extra special to see bald eagles fly over the house. ”

”My family of 6 stayed here for 5 days and it was not enough time. The house is stunning and it came equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake was stunning! We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaking (we brought our own), and the Greenville area. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you! ”

”A lovely spot that really showcases the beauty of the region. Comfortable house. No internet onsite but you can use starlink if you have a setup you can bring. Very quiet and serene. Note that there is not really a beach; very rocky and difficult entry. Bottom is nice though once you get in. The hammock right next to the wayer is wonderful. Thank you for a nice vacation”

Kineo, and the river protects you from the sometimes VERY choppy conditions of the main lake making it perfect for kayaking and swimming off the dock. We had an unforgettable vacation.”
