The staff were personable and helpful throughout my stay, and check‑in was smooth and friendly.
Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The TV did not work all night, and I ended up having to use my tablet instead. The heater was extremely loud and ran in a way that made it hard to relax or sleep. The window dressings were broken and only covered about half of the window, so privacy and light control were both a problem. The mirror in the bathroom did not work once it was plugged in, which was inconvenient for getting ready. The lights and lamps in the room were very outdated and confusing to operate, and it took far too long to figure out what switches controlled what.
Overall, the staff did their best and were kind, but the room maintenance and in‑room amenities need significant attention to match the service from the team.
