”Got there very late & asked the desk girl about finding somewhere to eat. Said there aren’t any places open at 9 pm. Except maybe the grocery store. Next night found 2 nice places serving food till 10pm.
Been a Wyndham member for years & couldn’t get my points when I checked out too. Not a good customer engagement experience….”

”Easy-peasy, self check-in (and out) process. Spacious room. Super clean. Quiet. Bright with lots of natural light. Comfortable bed. Nice view of the mountains. Multiple towels and bath products. Convenient location to downtown establishments, all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Jackson.”
