The ordeal started out with an innocent mistake on my part. I booked the room for a week in advance of when I actually needed it. I called to cancel/reschedule. They told me they can't do that because the third party won't let them, but Expedia told me that they were the only ones that could do it. To make matters worse, I tried to stay at the hotel that night anyway. Despite the mix up. I called ahead and told him I would be there after midnight. Nobody came to answer the night Bell. I stood there for a long while waiting for service. I guess they don't actually offer 24 hour assistance. Why would they actually provide a service to me for the night when they can just get paid without having to do anything? Crazy how all those Indian telephone scammers stealing the retirement accounts of our elderly in America have the same accent as these hotel owners. Must be something in the water.
