”We couldn't stay they always say y'all don't pay and bed bugs were everywhere we even came back after they acted that way for hours and y'all wouldn't help y'all took my money”

”We had to change rooms twice. The first time the door wouldn’t close. The second time the AC was broken. And the third time the toilet didn’t flush properly, we just decided not to move anymore.”

”We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.”

”Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10.”

”General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers.”

”Our room was large clean and nice. Loved having a sofa, desk with a chair. Enjoyed the walk-in shower with door. The body wash provided was excellent. The towels and bath cloths were thick and soft. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating. The closet was very small, but adequate. I have a concern: The fitted sheet&mattress pad were not wide or long enough to cover the bare mattress about 4.5” on my side of the bed. Regular King sheets/mattress pads will not fit California...

”I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.”

”I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”

”I had a good stay overall. Michelle at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept.. The only things I would suggest improving are the bedding and the breakfast area. I would have preferred more than just a sheet to sleep with, as an extra blanket or comforter would have been much more comfortable. Also, the floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. Every step made a sticking noise. Other than those...

”There is no pool and Nothing for breakfast...and they wont allow a refund even if you have 3 days booked u cant cancel any days they MAKE u stay horrible. They have an extended stay amd there were a lot of men around....will NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. Also beds on poles my husband is 6'4 300 lbs didnt feel secure on bed we were afraid to sleep in same bed.”
