”This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again.”

”The staff were all great, but the property layout doesn’t handle the traffic flow for afternoon check-in well. Cars coming into the drive block the valet entrance and exit to the parking garage and backed up into traffic. You have to go to the second floor to check in and there are only two elevators serving in the valet lobby for the whole hotel. We waited in line about ten minutes to take the elevator up to the second floor. Check in was a breeze, but back to the slow elevators to get up to...
