”Very nice and well appointed. Very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were great and everyone loved having their own bathroom.”

”The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.”

”Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time!”

”My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!”

”Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.”

”Excellent Rental! Very clean and rental has everything you need for the beach and housing needs! House is located within steps from public beach access. Very safe and quiet atmosphere! Absolutely recommend if you are having any doubts!!!! ”

”Very nice home, the washer door handle was broken off though I went to try and open it and it cut my fingers up. I love the area it was in. I do suggest getting rid of the spiders it was a great big one in the tree. I would book again when I come back home for a visit.”

”The place was great for a quick trip. On the beach, walk out to the pool, bar/food onsite. The floors were a little sandy, and the onsite bar didn’t allow anyone under 21 to sit and eat after 5pm, but other than that we will be back. ”

”The owners were very responsive, the house had everything we needed. Our only gripe was the thin curtains in the bedrooms because we like to sleep in the dark. But everything else was great! Thank you! ”
