”Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

”We had a fantastic stay over the July 4th holiday with our family! The home was very clean and had everything we needed—a well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a great BBQ area that made it easy to enjoy meals together. The location is excellent—just a short, easy walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend using bikes to get around—everything is close by and super accessible. This was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay near all the fun in Jax...

”We had a wonderful long weekend in Jax beach and really enjoyed all aspects of our condo. First, the place was the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. Felt good to walk in after a day of traveling to a clean unit, very comfortable beds and all the special amenities. The kitchen and washer and dryer were all updated. I especially appreciated the full Brita in the fridge. Super nice touch and we didn’t need to buy water bottles! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach . Oh and the beach...

”Place was spotless. Loved this. If you are there because of Mayo Clinic I know you will appreciate this. Only thing about this place is if you are older you probably won’t enjoy two flights of stairs! This was mentioned in the write up. I missed it. Two beds in one bedroom downstairs and then the second floor was where you found the living room and kitchen and a 1/2 bath. Third floor had an additional two bedrooms and a full bath with a beautiful shower. If you are bringing heavy bags...
