”The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course.”

”Me and my family absolutely love this property from the moment we stepped on the staff was very kind and friendly. They offer 24 hour beverages which I think is really nice especially in the hot Florida sun access to the beach is quick and easy. There’s also a heated pool lots of fun activities and things around games that are family, friendly and kid friendly saunas lots of snacking options and also free breakfast. My family and I have found the perfect spot. We will be going anytime we go to...

Ihana pieni hotelli vanhassakaupungissa,pysäköinti(ilmainen)sisäpihalla!Huone hyvä Suihku ei kovin hyvä mutta siitä ei voi hottellia moittia koko Yhdysvalloissa ei ole hotellia jossa olisi Suomalaisen mielestä toimiva suikusekoitin. Jos vierailen St.augustinessa joskus uudestaan on valintani varmasti tämä hotelli,suosittelen!”

”The resort is rather big and it can be hard to go around as the signs were not all that good. Luckily there was a shuttle between different locations. Room itself was nice and the view was great! :) ”

”I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place...

”Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...
