These newly constructed coastal homes were thoughtfully designed to bring people together while still allowing everyone to enjoy their own private retreat.



Large sliding doors create seamless indoor-outdoor living, opening to two tropical courtyards with heated (for a fee) saltwater pools surrounded by lush landscaping and comfortable lounge spaces. Gather around the fire pit after sunset, grill dinner poolside, or enjoy your morning coffee from one of several covered balconies while taking in ocean views and sea breezes.



With three spacious levels in each home, guests can spread out and enjoy multiple living areas, game spaces, and outdoor retreats.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, and a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
