- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- Minimum age to book is 25
- PARKING LIMIT: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Parking passes are located in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
