Very different than expected…
Although the rental is in a nice neighborhood and has been recently updated, there were bugs, alive, and dead, as well as rodent droppings throughout the house and within the bedsheets in one of the bedrooms. We could also tell that the place didn’t seem to have been rented or used because it was very dusty. When we called the rental agency, they quickly moved us to a different larger house without many questions which was odd. Unfortunately, that move, took almost the entire next day to get into and we did not get into the house until almost 5 PM. During email communications with the property management company I got asked for the same multiple times, although it had already been provided. As we were checking in, we were told that they still did not have the same information, but then suddenly found the list of names they needed for the gatehouse. When we were moved into the second house, the air-conditioning did not work on the entire top floor and we had to wait for a technician to arrive and fix the situation. Although he was prompt, it took another hour and a half for him to fix the air-conditioning and we could not leave until he completed it. All in all we spent more than a third of our time at the rentals dealing with issues or moving into the second property. Will not rent with this company or at this location again.
