Important Update: Beginning March 2025, Amelia by the Sea will undergo vital structural improvements to ensure our property's long-term beauty and safety. While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends.

This home is comfortable enough to allow up to 6 individuals.  The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd  Guest bedroom has 2 twins.  There is a TV in the family room and Master Bedroom.  For your convenience, the unit has a washer and dryer.   Finally, the first thing you see as you walk into the condo, you’ll see the sliding glass doors that lead out to your furnished private balcony which presents a gorgeous view of the ocean and a near-direct view of the fishing pier. 

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to the Amelia by the Sea guests with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there and on the beach.

About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-9 am daily.

No boats or trailers are allowed.
