Cute decor, comfortable bed. We had to request extra pillows and received one. Had to ask again, received more, but housekeeping removed them the next day for some reason. Details we felt would have made our stay more comfortable: more than two hangers, a dresser or place to hold 2nd suitcase items. More than just 2 bath, 2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels in the room. My husband is a disabled combat Veteran and the Inn should keep at least one luggage cart on property. One of the main reasons we booked this place over others was because of the heated pool. The pool was not heated, nor was it clean. That was very disappointing! We also found the light breakfast offered each morning lacking. It was very evident that pastries, etc., were previously frozen, and thawed for that morning. Lastly, we had read the reviews before booking, and found only one young lady to be warm, friendly and helpful. We loved Amelia Island, but would not recommend this property.
