  • Welcome to 1319: The Walnut Suite -- a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo just half a block from Jacksonville Beach, sleeping up to 8 guests. Perfect for families and groups who want premium comfort with unbeatable beach access.

    Each of the three bedrooms features its own private bathroom -- the master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has one queen bed. The executive office features a built-in dual-desk setup with an available iMac 27-inch hi-res monitor and camera, making this ideal for remote work or virtual school sessions. The full kitchen and spacious balcony create the perfect gathering spaces for your group.

    The 1GB high-speed WiFi handles multiple devices for seamless streaming and video calls. Beach chairs and towels are provided for easy beach days. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything from Keurig coffee to a Nutribullet blender, while the washer and dryer handle longer stays. Free parking on premises eliminates street hunting.

    You're a 4-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza, and 5 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for their famous fish tacos. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 11-minute stroll for fishing and sunset views. Beaches Town Center with shops and restaurants is just a 4-minute drive, while Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes away.

    Note: The unit is on the second floor and the elevator is currently not operational. We have an additional studio unit available downstairs with separate entrance for extra guests. Keyless entry and our guest portal make check-in seamless. All linens, towels, beach gear, and kitchen essentials are provided.

    A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

    Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying.

Beautiful condo, great location, wonderful hosts

This is a beautifully decorated home-like condo with everything you need for a great getaway. Ocean view, easy access to beach, close to great eating and shopping. The host is very responsive and willing to help if needed. Will definitely stay here again.

awesome place to stay

we booked a golf trip and stayed here one night. before going to TPC the next morning. Love this place. very clean. balcony is great. you can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars.. nothing but great things to say.

Spacious and very clean

We absolutely loved this place. It is very spacious and clean, had everything we needed, and is in walking distance from the beach. The elevator had a break down but there are stairs to get to the unit also. The host responded right away each time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Safe place with kids close to beach

Short walk to small organic grocery store, ice cream shop and the beach. Secured building friendly neighborhood. You can rent bikes from the Hampton instead of going a mile away!

Property review - was very pleasant

The unit was better than advertised. Well stocked in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. Was off the main road a couple of blocks so was fairly quiet. nice side view of the ocean, as it was breezy the days we were there, the wind did not bother us. We really enjoyed our stay. Exceeded my expectations!

First trip to Jacksonville!

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for me and my niece. It was one block from the beach so she got her sunrise beach walks in and close to Mayo Clinic so it was convenient for my reason to be in Jacksonville. The unit was safe and secure and clean and comfortable Oh, and easy on the eyes! I wish it were available for my visit the end of the month but it’s booked! Hard to find something that good in place of it.

Great Property

Our family of 8 adults and one baby stayed at this condo for four nights when we were in town for a wedding. The condo is amazing!! It was very clean, even clean enough for the baby to crawl around on. The master bedroom was nicer than anything I’ve ever seen before, much less slept in. Huge!! The condo was well stocked with everything you could need, including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods and tea, soap and shampoo. I had a question after we checked in and I got a response quickly. It’s close enough to restaurants that we were able to walk. It’s only a block from the beach and you can see some of the beach from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area in the future!

Incredible Apartment in Perfect Location

My wife and I were traveling while working and this was the perfect place. A block from the beach and a truly gorgeous apartment. The finishes in the apartment are all beautiful and even the little things like towels and linens were top of the line. The cabinets and fridge had all the essentials anyone could need from coffee to olive oil. The wifi works incredibly fast as advertised. 200mbs download speed in the main living area. I would say that this is not the case in the entire house. My wife and I worked at the kitchen table as the wifi was much faster there than it was in the office. Overall, this is an incredible vacation apartment. Josh is a perfect host. He was very responsive and had nothing but nice things to say to me and my wife throughout the check in and out process. If I am ever in the area again I will without a question rebook here.

The description of the property was spot on and they were so kind to provide everything need for the entire stay. Most only give you one trash bag and they had several. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful inside :)

Inside the condo was absolutely beautiful and roomy. Had a hard time finding the unit because it is down an alley and there is no address or unit # listed on the outside of the building. The refrigerator need a new filter so the ice maker didn't work, called the 2nd to let them know but they never came and replaced it. Ice cube trays leaked water all over the freezer. Master bathroom was huge and amazing tile work, the other bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Someone in the building was smoking cigarettes' and marijuana and the smell kept coming through the air vents, which was unpleasant for us and our young children. Overall the place was perfect for us just wish we had ice so we could fill up our water cups when we were out and about in the heat and didn't have the unpleasant smell of smoke when we were at the condo. Definitely would recommend the place

Amazing Family Vacation!

This beautiful property had everything we needed. The upscale decor and the amenities offered made us very comfortable during our five day stay. The owners were very responsive. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the many restaurant and shopping options close by.

Lovely Beach Getaway

The family and I stayed here over Christmas. The space is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could ask for. The beach is a stones throw away and is an ideal spot for an array of beach activities. If you want a beach getaway this is the house for you.
