Walk in & relax at this beautiful peaceful beach getaway just steps away from the serene Jacksonville Beaches. Comfort awaits from the luxury king size beds in each bedroom, to the brand new renovated kitchen and bathroom, TV's in every room, and every essential you'll need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Outside is a large dining table and night lights to enjoy the warm Florida breeze. You'll have beach chairs and towels provided for your stay, and the ocean is just 1 block away.

The Space:
2 identical LARGE rooms, each has a very comfortable memory foam king size bed, flat screen, TV, and large closets. The bathroom located between the 2 rooms is beautifully updated, with a large walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway, for your comfort and convenience. Natural light pours into the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are FULLY stocked for all of your needs during your stay. Anything additional you may need, we're always available so please feel free to reach out.

Hosts live locally and are always happy to help or assist in any way necessary during your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to their condo and shared access with the back courtyard area.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful quiet and centrally located to beaches, shops, restaurants and more!

Other Things to Note:
This condo is located on the 2nd story of a two-story building. Only 1 other condo in the building.

Abby was a wonderful host and the location is perfect. We stayed in the downstairs unit and sometimes renters upstairs were noisy walkers. The doorsill and tile into the bathroom were cracked, and my husband would have liked better pans, but we were comfortable and so close to the ocean and many good restaurants.

This spot was a haven indeed: quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. But most of all, the fact that the beach is just two blocks away—an easy walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach—made it an ideal getaway. The host was responsive and helpful, too!

What a cute beach escape! The place is so close to the beach and a five minute walk to shops and restaurants. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Abby is a great host. She responds quickly to all communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location in Neptune beach! One block off the beach and about a 10 minute walk to a really nice downtown with a wonderful coffee shop and some nice restaurants. Abby was great! We actually ran out of paper towels mid trip and Abby had them delivered in less than an hour. Would highly recommend the stay!

A perfect location - just a short walk to a beautiful beach and local restaurants and entertainment

We were staying while our home was being worked on. It was a perfect place to relax and also quiet enough to work during the day. The beach walks and entertainment just the right amount away made this a special place and location.

Great location to beach, town, playgrounds!

We loved our stay, would definitely consider renting here again. Host was very prompt in answering my questions. Since we flew to get here, the extra amenities of beach chairs and towels were really clutch. Great location. close to enough to walk to restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, even with our young kids. Such a quiet street, really relaxing spot.

Great location to beach and town

Great location in Neptune beach. Unit is clean and stocked with the basics. Coffee pods were great. A little wear and tear on furniture along with a washer which might need a new belt. Host was responsive when we were checked in.

Perfect location for easy beach access.

This was my family’s first time staying in a condo like this. Although the closest public beach access was closed for construction 3/5 days, we still loved it. We could walk to all food and bars, without it being inconvenient. Loved it, and hope to book this place again.

We had a great time here and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware so we could make a quick breakfast before taking the short walk down to the beach with the beach chairs that were available for use. Absolutely perfect and would stay here again!

Fantastic location, great property, excellent communications

This was a spectacular location for Neptune Beach's Dancing in the Streets event. The property was clean and met the needs of the two couples very well. The updated shower was great at the end of a long day in the rain. Communications were spot on.

Nice property that is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Inside the property is nice, and the two kings beds were comfortable. Good amount of space in the kitchen and living room areas. Our unit was on the second floor. Outside area is large but sparsely furnished/decorated. Overall, great value for money.

Spring Break getaway

My husband and I visited our daughter and son-in-law who live in Jax. This place was perfect! We walked everywhere: the beach, the bars, and the restaurants. The owner’s details for the property were thorough and timely. Very easy rental!
