Step outside to your private courtyard oasis where the heated (for a fee) saltwater pool invites you to cool off between beach runs. Lounge poolside, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or open the sliding doors to blur the line between inside and out. Grill dinner, pour a drink, and settle into that easy, breezy vacation rhythm—this space was made for gathering.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, and a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).



📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs
