Steps to the Jax Beach!! Come stay at the Coco Cabana in Jax Beach. You will enjoy the heated pool, private fenced in backyard with a full tiki bar and plenty of lounge chairs. This home includes a game room with foosball, board games and a fun accent wall perfect for photos. You'll be located in a quiet beach neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean! Your stay includes beach chairs, Smart TV ’s, WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery store, and an assortment of restaurants. This clean and updated beach home includes heated pool, smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with full tiki bar, lounging furniture and a grill.
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. You can comfortably sleep up to 10 people!
*** Pool heaters are turned off 4/15 - 9/15 Guests use pool at own risk. ***
Please note: all modern pool heaters are technically unable to heat water once the outdoor temperature drops below ~55°F. This is a universal equipment limitation, not specific to our property, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly during cooler months.
We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

The Neighborhood:
3.5 Blocks to the beach in a quiet beach neighborhood. Right around the corner from restaurants, native sun grocery store, bars and more.
Getting Around:
There is a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons within walking distance away. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

Things to know!
- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.
-Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!
-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
