”Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because...

”My stay wasn't quite what I expected. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I thought it could have been.
Upon entry to the room, the smell wasn't fresh. The halls wreaked of a pungent odor. They appeared to be at full capacity so I didn't go back to the front desk. I Typically stay at this location for the cleanliness. Not sure if it made a difference but that 4th floor was not the best.”

” Very disappointed with check-in. We did arrive at 230 for 300 check in at 400 we were still waiting and was told they were waiting for rooms to be ready. After multiple times inquiring about room we were told they would upgrade and gave us room on 6th floor. A few of the check in agents were not very friendly. Breakfast staff was great. Facility was clean. ”
