The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

”The air conditioner in the room made a terrible high pitched noise. It was quite loud and grating. I had to wear my headphones. The breakfast was fine except for the waffles. They were flat like pancakes and limp. They were not appealing.”

”Upon checking I was impressed with the outside and lobby. We were given a room on the 5th floor. When we stepped off the elevator we were hit with humid hot air. The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. We stepped into the room and it was cooler, so I turned the air down as much as possible to get it colder. The room was updated...

”Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!”
