The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

”I made a mistake choosing the wrong month while booking. The mistake is on me, but I immediately called after hitting ‘submit’ on the payment. I gave a 1-star based on the fact the hotel would not cancel and rebook my request for the next month without paying the whole stay twice. I had even added cancellation protection for a the unplanned cancellation, but the original date was too close. I ended up booking the next month’s stay at another hotel. *This review only speaks to the no leniency...
