” Very disappointed with check-in. We did arrive at 230 for 300 check in at 400 we were still waiting and was told they were waiting for rooms to be ready. After multiple times inquiring about room we were told they would upgrade and gave us room on 6th floor. A few of the check in agents were not very friendly. Breakfast staff was great. Facility was clean. ”

”Front desk very cordial and polite. Asked for the maid to clean the room and never happened and by the time we got back to room we were told the maid service had gone for the day.”

”We were dead tired from a 12 hour drive, but from what I recall it was a very nice hotel. Greeted by friendly staff and quick check-in. The room was very nice and spacious. AC worked well, not too loud. Breakfast was decent, nice selection. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because...

”I loved this place! It has a great grab and go breakfast until 10AM!!!! Great for those of us that like to grab a extra shut-eye. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby is great place to send the kids it has Foosball tables and great space for kids to be kids; even grown up kids and let their hair down and have some fun. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping”
