From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏 Now let’s talk...

”The lobby staff is very friendly and greeting you at the front desk to get you checked in. Lobby looks newly updated and gave a vibe that this was going to be a great hotel. Once checked in drove around hotel parking lot sitting in parking lot did not feel safe getting to room hallway smell like wet dog”
