Great Stay
Our first time visiting Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. It was perfect! Great weather, low crowds, perfect location, and Sarah was so easy to work with. Loved how close the parking was to condo and beach access. Would definitely book again. Can’t wait for our next visit!

"Best week ever"
We took our girls down (5 & 10) for about a week. The girls had the "best week ever." The condo is beautiful, has everything you could need & is in a perfect location. The beach is just a few steps away, a few restaurants are within walking distance & many of the experiences on Amelia Island are just a short car ride.

My husband and I are so glad we found this wonderful gem . Perfect location for walking out on to miles of beachfront and being close to restaurants and town . This coastal decorated condo had every thing we needed to a very comfortable stay and we’ll Definitely be back !

Can’t wait to come back!
Sally's place was just perfect for our 20-day vacation. The location was excellent with two bar/restaurants within steps of the condo. Each had live music several nights a week. The beds were comfortable, the showers were lovely with plenty of hot water. Lots of lighting and outlets to charge our deices. Colorful artwork highlighted the beauty decor. We especially loved the balcony which was accessible from every room. Nothing like stepping outside for All of the appliances were top notch, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Checkin/checkout processes were well described and Sally was very responsive. We enjoyed covered parking

Great Beach Escape
Loved the artsy beach decor and this condo’s location near the north end of Amelia Island. We spent 6 nights here in early February and although the weather was cooler than normal, the condo’s south facing deck provided ample sun exposure that was also protected from the wind. We enjoyed the condo’s easy access to the beach and good restaurants within walking distance. The Fort Clinch State Park and historic downtown Fernandina Beach were both within a few minutes drive. We would definitely return here again!

Perfect location
The condo is located right next to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. It is super cute and it's own parking spot is convenient. The "tourist downtown" part of the island is less than a 10 minute drive. We would happily stay again.

Fantastic beach getaway
Sally's condo was perfect! It felt like a home away from home from the minute we stepped inside. It was loaded with fun artwork, comfortable furniture, washer and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen. The king bed was comfortable. The balcony was great. We walked down to the beach every morning which is just a short walk from the condo. There are two seafood restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk from the condo. My husband and I rented bicycles one day from a location again within a few minutes walk from the condo and rode into town, up to Fort Clinch (great spot for shark tooth hunting and has the prettiest road leading out to it), and the Greenway marsh close by. The two bathrooms were nice. One with a large shower and the other with a large soaking tub. There is a nice little wash station for rinsing off sand when you return from the beach. I was a bit frazzled when I arrived and did not remember that I had the check in instructions in my VRBO messages and left several frantic messages for the host Sally - she stepped out in the middle of watching a movie in a theater to deal with my silliness and was the kindest, most reassuring host. She re-sent the information and made sure we got inside while on the phone with me. While there we did not need to contact her as she had everything covered in her notes both through the VRBO message and inside the condo with instructions for everything. I hope to get back there someday.

Weekend Family Getaway
Beautiful condo!! Not a negative thing to say about our stay. The condo was beautiful. The building is secure. The pool is literally steps outside this condo. The beach is right there too. We also like that there was a restaurant right at the beach too. Our stay wasn't long enough and we can't wait to go back again!!

Great condo! Perfect location
We have stayed at the Terrace many times but different condos each time. Biggest plus was being directly outside of the pool door. Didn’t have to drag all of the baby’s things every time we wanted to get in the pool. Also the big tub made bath time easy. The owner was accommodating and communicated in a timely professional manner. Would stay again!

Perfect!!
My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at Sally's condo. We loved everything about it! It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It is decorated with fun beachy decor and is very well stocked. The beach is literally steps away and it was convenient having The Sandbar Kitchen right there for lunch while on the beach. We rented bikes and beach chairs & an umbrella from Riptide (right next door) which was very convenient. There are chairs at the condo, but if you want a lounge chair the rental is the way to go. Sally was quick to answer any questions we had and was a great host! We loved our stay and hope to return!

Hidden gem
Everything about our stay was excellent. This condo is huge, very clean & had everything we need and more. Loved the location and how convenient it was to the beach, which was literally just steps away. Knowing there were other guests here, we hardly see anyone. We didn't feel crowded at all. This is a very quiet & peaceful place. During our stay there was a severe thunderstorm and threat of hail one night. We appreciate our parking space, which was right under the building. Sally has been fantastic. Excellent communication & absolute best customer service! I reached out to her on the day of our arrival and she responded very quickly with a warm welcome. As a family of 5, we had the best time. Our kids created so many precious memories on this amazing vacation & this condo was definitely part of it.

Wish we stayed longer!
The location was perfect and so were the accommodations. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed downtown, the beach, and Ft Clinch. My ONLY wish was that the unit was directly beach front and we had more time to spend here…that would be the only way to make it more perfect! We hope to come back soon. :)

Perfect location!
Check in went smoothly, condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location was perfect for us. Looking out at the stunning beach, a few minutes from the beautiful state park, and very close to the historic downtown area. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

First visit to Amelia Island
Excellent location on beach with nice view of the ocean from deck. Quieter end of the island. The condo was just as described and photographed—very clean, well stocked, very nicely furnished and decorated, roomy, comfortable bed. Elevator was nice when packing in and out. The covered parking area was another plus. Communication with Sally before and during our stay was excellent. We enjoyed 6 days in this condo and would certainly return!

Great Island Getaway
My husband and I were only on Fernandinho Beach for a couple days on our way up the coast, but we were very happy with staying here. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. It was actually very roomy inside compared to most one bedroom condos. The location was perfect. We loved the restaurants close by (which had live music), food was great. The beach was very clean and beautiful. The shopping and port area (we just drove through) was very nice as well. We would definitely book this condo again if we return in the future. Enjoyed it!

Wonderful week!
My husband and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! The condo was exactly as described in the listing - very comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the large kitchen which had everything we needed. The unit was very spacious and felt very homey. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings, making the quick drive over to Fort Clinch, and downtown Fernandina Beach was just a few miles away. We will definitely be back!

The location of this place us wonderful. Took about 40 seconds to walk from the second floor to the sand! In addition, the place is adorable - very well appointed and nicely decorated. Perfect Paradise
We visit Amelia Island 2-3 times a year. I am so glad we found this gem! Located on Main Beach, awesome balcony with a beach view, everything we needed in the condo. We felt like we were the only ones in the entire complex; it was so quiet and cozy. We can't wait to stay here again.

Nice View
The partial view of the beach is nice because at the moment the lot next to it is undeveloped, so you have a pretty view of dunes and beach from the balcony or bedroom. Property is very nice and great location, and I could tell owners cared that we enjoyed their place by leaving things to make our trip enjoyable. Only negative is that due to the layout/orientation, the kitchen/sitting areas felt more cavernous.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the relaxation time. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary together. We booked a Quik overnight at this condo on the beach. The condo was even nicer in person. Very spacious and clean.
