Pet Friendly - pets less than 25 lbs - (max 2) additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

***Charcoal and firewood are not included. Some amenities noted are nearby and an additional fee may be required. Golf, Bike Rental, Zoo, Etc.
***Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. This is a local ordinance and quiet hours are strictly enforced!***
***Non-Smoking Property: The entire interior & exterior of the property is no-smoking. This includes the backyard.
Old Middleburg Road is a busy thoroughfare during the daytime - please talk caution when pulling in & out of the driveway!
**Parties/Gatherings that are over occupancy are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. We have a RING doorbell at the front door and there are exterior cameras facing the outside perimeters of the yard and driveway so we are able to monitor the security of the home. One is directly above the garage and facing the parking area. The ones in back are facing the rear perimeter of the yard and the back gate that is restricted from guest access.
