There's genuine room for eight to spread out without crowding.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Bed linens are provided in every room, and each bedroom includes clothing storage. The layout distributes guests across the home so that shared spaces feel communal and private rooms feel genuinely private - a balance that works whether you're travelling with kids, adults, or a mix of both.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook in, not just look at. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are stocked alongside dishes and silverware. Coffee is provided. The dining table seats the whole group, and the connection between kitchen and dining area keeps meals easy rather than effortful.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve eight guests comfortably. The primary bathroom includes a soaking bathtub and a separate shower with double vanities. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water - everything you need is already there.

Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:
