Had a short but enjoyable stay at this property. Kitchen is well appointed. House was clean and nicely furnished. Location to everything is fabulous. Communication with property owner/manager was outstanding. Questions were answered within minutes of being sent. This is not always the case with rentals. Enjoy!

Grant weekend

Enjoyed the stay, they place was great, easy walk to beach. Will definitely stay again. Only issue was the mattress in the upstairs queen bed was not good very comfortable and had a big divot in the middle. Really enjoyed. Thanks.

Jacksonville beach stay

Bikes were broken and was a let down since we enjoy biking. We ended up renting our own bikes. Front door was dirty with spider webs and wasn’t welcoming. Cleaning fumes were strong on check in. I would give this 3 stars.

Nice Location, Plenty of Space for family and pets!

We had 4 adults and 3 dogs staying at this house and there was plenty of room. The rooms upstairs are perfect for kids and an adult couple. The upstairs bathroom is spacious and nicely upgraded. There isn't a handrail on the stairs and my older parents had to go slowly. They are still very active and mobile, but this might be a problem for older people with less stability. The kitchen was perfectly sized and nicely appointed with glasses, dishes and silverware. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker, but the host was nice enough to leave us a fresh bag of ice which was perfect for our weekend stay. The bathroom downstairs is small. Grown men will have a problem with the size of the shower and the toilet so just put your smallest person in here and you'll be fine. The master bedroom downstairs is big and overlooks the backyard. All of the adults said the beds were comfortable (including the bunkbeds) and everyone slept great. The backyard isn't great. It is really the only disappointing part of the house. We had a large dog that needed to run and the backyard was full of stinging nettles, sandspurs and a steel firepit dug into the ground. If you came in at night and didn't see the fire pit it could be dangerous for a puppy. The backyard was fine for the little dogs with us and we just took our big golden retriever to the beach for some exercise instead. Getting in and checking out was a breeze. Communication with the host was excellent and it made the stay stress free and so fun. The beach is an easy walk away and perfect for the dogs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for us and our pups!

All in all it was a good three weeks. My only negative would be the backyard. I had a dog towel (my towels!) outside to wipe their paws and I also had a dog towel inside as a mat. I vacuumed everyday in the bedroom as that is the way to the yard. Would’ve been good to have grass lol Still would go back as we were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood too. Thank you Holly for sharing your place.

Great location near the beach

The condo was very clean. The fenced in backyard was a bonus because we travel with our pet. Holly was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is an easy walk to the beach, Pavilion and restaurants.

Last minute stay

I must say this is the best kept secret in Jacksonville Beach! This was a last-minute stay for my husband and I and I am pleased to say that we found a gym not only with the property, but with the host as well. Holly was so wonderful so helpful on top of everything and the property was so clean we felt like we were staying in our own home. The property is so close and convenient to so many restaurants nightlife festivals. I can’t wait to have another stay at this location. I look forward to staying here many more times in the future and must tell everybody if you want a wonderful place to stay with a wonderful host. You have found your spot right here. Great place to relax and recover

We were in Jacksonville for a medical procedure that required staying nearby for 2 weeks. Third unit was perfect with a ground floor enhance, living area and master bedroom and bath all on the ground floor. Additionally we were able to bring our two small dogs which was such a comfort to have them with us.
