Primary Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with a medium-firm king-sized bed to lay in while streaming on a 50” Smart TV. You have access to your own private bathroom and closet. Entry into the laundry room and out to the backyard can also be accessed via the primary.
Trundle Bedroom: This airy bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps as a twin and can be pulled out to a king. A 43” Smart TV is yours to connect your streaming applications to and a full closet. This bedroom does allow for access into the master bedroom.
Green Bedroom: A relaxing and green drenched room waits for you with a plush king-sized bed. A 55” Smart TV is yours to enjoy while dozing off to sleep. A garment hanging rack is provided to help you look your best for a day/night out on the town.
Living Area: Unwind in the open-concept living area, beautifully decorated with jungle-inspired accents. Relax on watch our 58” Smart TV on the comfortable sofa, egg chair or several provided ottomans.
**Smart TV's do require your login for streaming apps. After every guest, we will remove your login information from our TV's.**
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals.
Primary Bathroom: Refresh yourself in the sleek bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and modern amenities. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. The best lighting for getting ready hits this bathroom in the evening while the sun is still up.
Guest Bathroom: Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels await you in this tub/shower combo.
Jungle Patio: Step outside to your private oasis, where you'll find a charming seating area surrounded by tropical plants. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature or enjoy an evening cocktail under the stars.
If you are traveling with an infant, please let us know before. We do have a crib and high chair that we will set up. We will also place outlet covers in all outlets prior to your arrival.
We do have 2 exterior Ring cameras which show the front of the house and the backyard. As well as exterior Ring doorbell cameras at the front and back door. These are for your safety and ours -tampering with any of cameras or obstructing view will be grounds for removal from property with no refund. All cameras are recording when motion is detected.
This is a non-smoking property, if you violate that house rule it is ground for immediate removal, a 500$ fine and you will be charged the cost for our team to remove the smell. This applies to inside AND outside the property.
