Tästä viehättävästä mökistä on uskomattomat näkymät suurella kannella istuen dyynillä, näkymä Atlantin valtamerelle. Ei pitkä kävelytie rannalle ... astu vain hiekkaan kannelta. Nauti Jumalan luomuksen kauneudesta hengittäessäsi aaltojen näkymiin ja ääniin.

Anna kauniin auringonnousun kirjekuoren sinut siemalla aamukahvia. Iltaisin, kävelyn jälkeen rannalla, levitä viltti ja katsele tähtiä, kun aallot roiskuvat vieressäsi. Se on virkistävä kehollesi ja sielullesi!

Tämä on erityinen perääntyminen. Kutsumme sitä meidän Island Oasis. Olemme nauttinut täällä monista lomista ja toivomme, että pidät siitä niin kutsuvan kuin meillä.

Views of the ocean are beautiful. You are right on the beach. The cottage had everything we needed. Amy checked on us throughout the stay and promptly dealt with whatever issues arose. The cottage was perfect for us. This was our third time staying here, and each stay has been delightful.

I felt there was too much email, texting. Most rentals come with a notebook giving details about use of tvs or funky light switches, restaurants, etc. this would have made many of the texts unnecessary. Perhaps others prefer frequent texts. I prefer to unplug on vacation. It was a lovely spot. Thanks.

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect place for a small families beach vacation 3rd year staying here home is always clean and owner includes all of the conveniences of home.Home is right on the beach and its in a beautiful family friendly area. We have never had one single problem or complant. Highly recommend!

Wow!! What a great place!

Wow! We loved this place! Nice ocean views from the deck or the living room; which has plenty of windows and a nice big sliding glass door. A few steps to the beach which was excellent! Great beach for walking, bike riding, tanning, or swimming.A short bike ride to Fort Clinch which we definitely took advantage of. A short car ride to downtown Fernandina where most of the shops and restaurants are. The property is clean, recently refurbished, well stocked, and Amy was very attentive and easy to get in touch with! The bed was comfy and the bathrooms were clean and bright!Everything was as it should be. Perfect set up for my wife and I. We were very pleased and look forward to coming back!!

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful two weeks at Amy’s property. We loved being right on the beach and seeing the sunrises every morning. The house is very well equipped, and Amy was very responsive. This is our new favorite rental on Amelia Island!

Spectacular Sunrises

This Beach Cottage is as pictured, wonderfully comfortable, perfect for two couples. everything we needed was provided in quantity and quality from linens and towels to appliances and hot water. We live in Fernandina but a long weekend living on the beach with beautiful sunrises is an extra special treat. Our land locked friends who joined us were equally impressed. Definitely on our "wish to return" list. Thank you Amy for taking good care of us

Beautiful Beachside cottage

This was a great find right on the beach. Home was well appointed with all the necessities and then some. It is right on the beach with its own deck where you can watch and listen to the breaking waves. Everything you need is for a pleasant stay is right there. It was a cozy cottage and it was a perfect getaway. We were able to immediately put our toes in the sand after stepping off the porch and do easy bike rides to ft clinch and egans greenway. It’s a quick drive to the center of Fernandina or Jacksonville. It was a wonderful week.

This is the fourth time that we have stayed in the Cottage by the Sea. We have enjoyed every trip. We love the cottage and its location on the beach plus its access to restaurants and shopping. Amy is very accommodating and responsive. Recent renovations have been made to the cottage and improved the property even more. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Beyond Perfect

This was our 4th stay at the “Cottage By The Sea” and we’re already planning our return for next year. Believe the other reviews. Everything about this property is excellent and designed for the perfect beach getaway. The location is private and quiet with off street parking and an up close view of the dunes and beach. Amy, the property owner is a perfect host focused on making sure you have the perfect stay.

Little bit of Heaven

This is my fourth year staying at the cottage. This year it was newly renovated and just as charming and wonderful. Communication with the host is excellent, I feel like we have become friends. For an example, in moving back into the newly renovated cottage we could not find a blender. A phone call and within the hour we had the blender. If you are looking for your little piece of heaven this is highly recommended.

The best little cottage on the beach!!

We have stayed at this little place for 2 years now. Once before the remodel and now after. We absolutely loved it both times, but the remodel is WOW! They did an excellent job on it. Brand new updated kitchen, new flooring, new laundry room, a new additional bathroom, and different bedroom setups. We love the location and the owner was staying in the house behind this place while we were here so it was nice to actually meet her. They are lovely people. Everything we needed was included and much appreciated. We will always try to get this same cottage when we come to the island, as we have come to think of it as our special little getaway. Thank y'all so much for sharing your wonderful little home and just being overall fantastic. We are so looking forward to coming back!!

Perfect vacation spot!

This is our second visit to the perfect spot on Fernandina Beach !! It was wonderful the first time, but this time we were greeted with a whole new layout and remodel!! The kitchen view is amazing!!! You can prepare meals and get a dose of “Vitamin Sea” just from the amazing view! It’s super clean and Amy is a super host and thinks of all the little things to make your stay more enjoyable! Did I mention you’re right on the beach?!!! A minute’s walk is very convenient and makes it that much more fun when you’re setting up for a day on the sand. You’re also less than two miles from downtown where you have shops and delicious restaurants. We have already rebooked and can’t wait to come back to one of our favorite spots!
