Freshly furnished and tastefully decorated with coastal touches, 2349 Courtside Villas feels secluded and yet it is only a short walk from many AIP attractions. It's main suite includes a king-sized bed, balcony access and full bath.

Please note there are stairs required to reach the front door of the unit, however once inside the property is all one level.

The unique design of this condo makes it a great option for a single traveler or a couple who need only one bedroom with a king bed, but would like the option of an additional second bedroom in case family or friends visit. 2351 Courtside Villas is the second bedroom suite lock-off and it can be reserved for an additional price if available and requested.

The Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP, offers various restaurants, boutiques, a nature center, mini golf, and spa services. The 5-star Verandah Restaurant is a brief 3-minute walk away from this villa for couples desiring a nice, sit-down dinner close to home.

Golf is available at many award-winning courses on the island, with Little Sandy and Oak Marsh within AIP being the closest. Bike and golf cart rentals are also offered nearby. Guests can venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach by car in about 20 minutes.

Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and the Racquet Park tennis center next door is limited to only club members and their guests, although tennis lessons may be scheduled. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
