The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a large wraparound sofa and two swivel chairs—perfect for gathering, watching your favorite shows, or simply taking in the ocean views. Both the primary and full-size bedrooms are equipped with TVs powered by streaming through DirectTV, so you can stay entertained after a day in the sun.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the convenience of an in-unit stackable washer and dryer makes extended stays easy and stress-free.

Step outside to enjoy the community pool, or take a short stroll from the back patio along the private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach—just moments from your door.

Note, there are four sets of stairs that connect each level.

For you convenience beach chairs and beach towels are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (2) , trash bags (2), and a sponge.)

NO PETS ALLOWED and no grilling allowed.
**Please note:** Parking on the grass is not permitted. Also, be aware that the beach in front of the condo is open to the public, and local residents are allowed to park there.
