The Jasmine Bungalow

1940's converted stilt home has been renovated and updated with modern amenities. It offers a full-size kitchen, a large dining table, 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a fold up double. The bathroom offers a full-size bathtub/shower with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Large family room with couch and additional sitting area. Private patio with table and chairs.

Right off i95, 6 miles from zoo, 10 miles from JAX airport, 9 miles from beaches, and 6 miles from the stadium.
The space
When walking through the front door, you are greeted by a modern yet comfortable living room with a large tv, and an extra area set up for reading or scrolling through your phone. You then walk up the stairs and enter the dining room that offers a 6 person dining table. As you exit the dining room, you enter the kitchen that includes a coffee maker, coffee, pots and pans, silverware, plates and all that's needed for an extended stay. Off the kitchen is the hallway that takes you to the bathroom, in there you will find a full size tub and shower combo. While in the shower, you will notice the stocked dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. As you walk out of the bathroom, to your right is an elegantly designed room with birds in mind, it offers a queen size bed, toped with plush pillows, brand new linings. It has a full size closet, suitcase stand, tv with smart capabilities. As you exit the first room, to your left is a larger room with plenty of space, another queen size bed with brand new linings. The room is also decorated with a nice beach theme. Included in this room is another tv with smart capabilities. As you walk through the room, you enter an on suite bedroom/kids room. This room is small but has a futon like couch that pulls out to a full size bed. This room has videogame/ comic book décor. This room would be best suited for 1 to 2 children tops. You have access to the full living space of the home. If staying 4 or more days, we will grant access to the garage, where you will have access to washer and dryer.
