An air mattress may also be requested for a small additional fee.

Jacksonville is largely a driving city, so we recommend having your own vehicle. Uber, Lyft, and zTrip are also available.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

No smoking is permitted inside the home. A $500 fee applies for violations.

All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. A $300 fee applies to undisclosed pets.

Pet restrictions include Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Labs, Huskies, wolf hybrids, or any mix thereof.

Exterior security cameras are located outside the property only.

Please do not sleep on furniture unless using the pull-out sofa bed, and please keep shoes off the furniture.

If using the grill, we recommend cleaning it before and after each use.

Please note: Guests do not have access to the garage.

The entire guest-accessible space is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
Quiet time after 9 pm.
