Come enjoy this lovely two-story villa that offers spacious accommodations for up to six guests on the oceanside of the exclusive, gated Amelia Island Plantation Resort! The nicely appointed villa is laid out like a townhouse, with the kitchen, dining area, living space, laundry room, and a half bath on the downstairs level and the three bedrooms and their attached full baths on the upstairs level.

Walk right across the street to the brand-new beach access built this year! The seashore is more convenient than ever as guests follow the new boardwalk out past the Sunken Forest and to the sand. The nearest Beach Wood pool is a quick stroll away in a secluded cove and if guests want to venture a little further, the other two Beach Wood pools are accessible to them as well.

Enjoy the views of Red Maple Lake and the new Omni Short Course from the villa! Stretch out on the back patio and soak in the quiet natural views. There is plenty of seating and a grill provided.

Pet owners will rejoice as dogs are considered at our property with an additional non-refundable pet fee and signed pet agreement.

For those guests working remotely or attending a conference at the Omni hotel across the street, there is a desk on the main level to set up at and get business done. High-speed Wifi is available throughout all our properties. When you want to grab a quick bite to eat, rent bikes to ride, get a spa treatment, play putt-putt, visit the resort nature center, or even attend church on Sunday mornings, you can walk to The Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Our convenient property is in the closest section of Beach Wood to this old-Florida shopping village area.

Please be advised, this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges”, namely the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service. Also note that Racquet Park is only allowing club members and their guests for open play, but tennis clinics and lessons can be booked. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
