”Nice couple who own it. We have stayed here several times. Hotel is a bit run down but the beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. For the price, it is way worth it. If you are the type of picking mini who is going to complain because you want a five star hotel for a two star price, then stay somewhere else. If you want a clean comfortable place to sleep at a good price than this is the place for you.”

”Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.”
