No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all. ”

The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. ”The house was perfect for our holiday getaway to spend time with our Marines and daughters-in-law. The backyard was fantastic for our dog. The host left us a welcome note in the kitchen and even included the dog. The host was very responsive to any questions or messages including to our late arrival and issues using our passcode.
